“RENTAL POINT" NO SMOKING POLICY

Guest/Client violations

If you return a car with physical evidence of smoking, If it clearly shows physical evidence of smoking, we’ll charge you a smoking violation fee of $350 plus an additional 3% processing fee. No exceptions.

Violation fine and decontamination Fee is $350, No exceptions.

Guests and their passengers are not permitted to smoke in any “RENTAL POINT” vehicles.

This smoking policy covers the use of but is not limited to, any tobacco or tobacco-related products, e-cigarettes, iqos or personal vaporizers.

If the smell of smoke, vaporized substances, or aerosol fumes is reported by the RENTAL POINT of 350

Smoking in RENTAL POINT cars is not allowed, Violation fine and decontamination Fee is $350, No exceptions. 

RENTAL POINT no smoking policy covers the use of, but isn’t limited to, any tobacco or tobacco-related products, marijuana or marijuana substitutes, e-cigarettes, or personal vaporizers.  

All RENTAL POINT vehicles are non-smoking(Free of Smoking) vehicles.

RENTAL POINT prohibits Guests, their passengers from smoking in any RENTAL POINT vehicle, Guests and their passengers may not smoke in any vehicle.
