If your rental vehicle breaks down or is involved in an accident, damage or another incident, notify Rental Point promptly at (414) 412-2961 or (414) 364-1121. In an immediate emergency, call 911.
Provide your reservation number, current location, vehicle details and a description of the issue. Share photographs when safe and follow the instructions supplied for your rental.
Coverage and service arrangements
Use the assistance instructions supplied with your reservation or contact the insurer or assistance provider shown in your coverage documents. Service availability, towing distance, limits, exclusions and charges depend on the applicable provider and coverage.
Do not assume that towing or roadside service is free. Confirm arrangements and any charges with Rental Point and the provider before authorizing non-emergency work.
Accidents and damage
The rental agreement requires prompt incident reporting and cooperation with Rental Point and insurers. Towing, storage, impound, recovery and other costs are handled according to the agreement and applicable coverage.
