Insurance Requirements Booking Process:
- The Rental Point Qualification Agreement must be signed electronically before the trip starts.
- Fill in all required fields on the main page of our website.
- Indicate the desired pick-up date and time, payment method, and any additional services.
- We will send you an email with booking confirmation and all necessary information regarding your rental.
Required Documents:
- 1Valid Driver's License:
- A clear photo of the front side is required.
- 2Proof of Valid Personal Auto Insurance : An insurance card must be provided. If you don't have personal car inshurance coverage , please visit our Turo Page for alternative solution.
- 3Credit/Debit Card Information:
- Both sides of the credit/debit card are required. Ensure the card is in the renter's name. Email the information to rentalpoint.usa@gmail.com and contact us after sending.
- 4Proof of Valid Personal Auto Insurance:
- An insurance card must be provided. If you don't have one, coverage can be purchased separately. Visit our Insurance page for more details.
- 5Credit/Debit Card Information:
- Both sides of the credit/debit card are required. Ensure the card is in the renter's name. Email the information to rentalpoint.usa@gmail.com and contact us after sending.
- 6Age Requirement:
- Renters/Drivers must be at least 21 years old. No renters under the age of 21 will be accepted. An underage fee may apply for drivers between 21-25 years old. Age limits may vary based on the car type and state.
- 7Rental Contract Duration:
- Rental contracts may not exceed a 30-day period. Additional rental periods require a new contract.
- 8Authorized Driving Areas:
- Renters are restricted to drive only in authorized areas as noted on the front of the rental agreement.
- 9Additional Drivers:
- If there are additional drivers, they must meet the same criteria as the renter.
- 10Executed Rental Agreement:
- A fully completed rental agreement is required for all rentals.
- 11Usage of Rental Car Units:
- Rental car units should be used for rental purposes only.
Address Verification:
- For US Residents: An actual valid driver's license and any utility bill for address verification are required.
- Unfortunately, the service is currently not available for Non-US Residents. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Payment and Security Deposit:
- All car rental payments are made through our website only.
- Credit card payments must be in the name of the driver on the rental agreement.
- A $250 security deposit is required for credit card payments, fully refundable after 7 business days upon returning the car in the same condition.
- A $800 security deposit is required for debit card payments, fully refundable after 7 business days upon returning the car in the same condition.
- The full price of the trip is due when you pick up the vehicle.
